• The platform: Crisp. It’s a cool product I use every day, it’s marketplace is brand new, and it has competitors. So for instance I can browse the Intercom marketplace to try & find some plugins Inpisration
• I just google “intercom marketplace” and instantly find a link to their marketplace https://www.intercom.com/app-store. They have a “Popular” section, that’s great. Most of the top main ones are integration to other services. Then among all these integrations I found this one: Quicklinks. I take a look at it and hooray! It adds to Intercom a feature that’s missing to Crisp, and even better, I already experienced the need for it!

• What’s the goal of this/what it does:
• Ok now I can open the Crisp developer documentation and start coding. Luckily I already have a SaaS coding template ready. This saves me so much time.
